DeepDocScanner – AI for documents and knowledge

DeepDocScanner is our document-processing platform that can work with both structured and unstructured data — from PDFs and scans to Word, Excel, or OCR-processed images. It enables fast information search across extensive documentation and provides answers along with references to relevant sources.
It can extract text, tables, or key data and is suitable for legal, HR, financial, technical, and project teams. The solution supports multiple languages and, thanks to its API, it can be easily integrated into internal systems. DeepDocScanner can be connected to Confluence, SharePoint, OneDrive, Google Drive, or S3, so all information remains in one place — the user simply asks a question and the system finds the answer across all documents.

 

Workflow automation (n8n and custom AI workflows)

Many company processes consist of repetitive steps, manual checks, or rewriting information between systems. Using n8n and custom AI workflows, we automate these processes so they run faster, more consistently, and without errors.
Automations can connect various systems (CRM, ERP, databases, SaaS tools), work with documents and data, send notifications, route tasks to people for approval, or use AI for content summarization and classification.

AI processing of emails and invoices (AWS)

For companies that work with a large number of emails with attachments — especially in financial or administrative environments — we deliver AI solutions for automatic document processing.
Our AWS architecture can receive emails, extract attachments, process invoices using AI models, and create structured output in CSV or JSON format.
The solution can extract key data (amounts, dates, items, IBAN, variable symbols) and thanks to its serverless architecture, it scales easily without the need to manage infrastructure. The entire process is auditable, secure, and suitable for small companies as well as large back-office teams.

 

Anomaly detection and suspicious activity monitoring

AI can also identify various forms of non-standard behavior beyond regular processes. We develop models that help detect fraudulent or unusual transactions, anomalies in logs, suspicious user behavior, or unnatural patterns in data.
We use a combination of machine learning models, statistical methods, and behavioral algorithms so systems can alert to risks even before they affect the organization.
